Photo Shoot

Two weeks ago I took the kids to JCPenney and had their pictures taken. They turned out really cute. The photographer took about 12 pictures all together. I agonized over which ones to buy while the kids (Eli) was trying to run wild. Fortunately, I had Heather with me to help contain them. So, imagine my frustration the following Wednesday to get a call saying that the camera had malfunctioned and we had to do it all again. So, I scheduled another appointment for last Friday. Heather had gone back to college by then, so I enlisted Miss Willie to help me contain the kids while we went for our 2nd photo shoot. We had a different photographer this time. She was the manager there and had owned her own photo studio for 4 years before coming to JCPenney. So, she did an exceptional job. She took so many wonderful pictures that it made it very difficult to choose which ones to order. She took 12 poses of just one of the outfits I had them in. It was their Easter clothes. She then changed the background and did several of them in their diapers for me. I was even brave and jumped in for a couple. Overall, I think she took 22 pictures compared to the 12 that the girl had done the week before. So, I guess it is true that sometimes bad things happen so that better things can come about. I chose just 10 of the poses to blog with everyone. I hope you enjoy them!
