Ginny took tap and ballet from a company called Creative Movement and Dance this year. They came to the daycare and I didn't have to worry about taking her anywhere every week. When it came to recital time, it was great! Ginny's class was the only group at the recital. It was catered to our little group only. It was held at the church in the fellowship hall and it lasted about 30 minutes. They ran through their tap routine and then a couple of small dances and then onto their ballet routine. They ended by each getting to do their big leaps and then getting a crown that their teacher had made them. It was a great night and the best part was that we didn't have to wait and watch lots of other kids do their dance. It was just about our children.
We were very fortunate that Nana came for the recital. Also Grandma and Papa came too.
