Tractor Fever

Eli has TRACTOR FEVER! He loves riding on Papa's tractor. He talks about tractors whenever we drive by one. He rides his little tractor around the house. So, Tuesday afternoon I told him that we could go over to Miss Willie's and see Papa while he was plowing and he got all excited. When we arrived, however, Papa was done plowing and was getting ready to ride back home. Eli climbed up on the tractor with Papa. Papa said he had to go and told Eli to get down so he could leave and Eli's response was, "Ride chacta wit you, Papa." So, Papa couldn't resist and the two of them took off down the road. Eli was able to ride, buckled up in the buddy seat, from Miss Willie's to Papa's house--about 3 to 4 miles. I believe it made his day. Of course, Miss Willie had to get some lovin' from Katie while we were there.

When I made it over to Papa's, Wyatt, Will, and Hannah were also there riding the Kubota with Papa and Eli. Wyatt was actually on his motorbike. Eli loves watching Wyatt on the "motorcycle." He used to be afraid to see Wyatt with the helmet, but now he's okay with it.

Katie loves scooting around in Grandma's walker. She gets in it and immediately scoots all around the floor. Yesterday she started scooting around on her belly. She gets up on her knees and then plops down on her chest. She can make it quite far doing that. I believe she'll be crawling any day now.
