Harvest Time

I love autumn! This week we have enjoyed autumn air. Eli and Katie enjoyed playing outside on Thursday morning. Eli enjoyed the leaves and Katie enjoyed the swingset. After we played outside, Eli and I made some little pizzas with english muffins. Eli was "bamming" the cheese on. Eversince he watched Elmo's Magic Cookbook, he thinks he has to "bam" things onto pizza. That Emeril--teaching my child to bam. : )
On Friday I celebrated my 29th birthday again. I'm so glad that I'll never turn 30 and I will always be 29. I had a good day. We went and watched Daddy harvest the corn. Jamie got to ride on the wagon and make sure the corn didn't pile up in one place. Eli helped Papa drive on the tractor for a while and Katie helped Grandma drive the Excursion around the field. It was a nice afternoon. We ended by eating at the fish place in Winnsboro. They even sang happy birthday to me and I got a piece of strawberry shortcake. Yum!
Today we hung out and watched conference on tv. We ended by going to eat barbeque in Blythewood. Overall I guess I could say it's been a good birthday weekend!
