On Sunday, our Disney adventure was over, so we headed down the road and visited the grounds of the Orlando Temple. It was only about 10 miles away from our hotel. We were mesmerized as we drove down the road and it just appeared up above the trees.
We were very happy to find the gate opened so that we could drive into the parking lot. We decided to have a picnic on the grass. The children were very respectful that we were on the grounds of the Lord's house. It was good to be able to talk about the temple to them and have a nice lunch. 
After lunch we cleaned up and took a walk around the temple. They liked posing in front of the beautiful windows, fountains, and plants.
I loved seeing them in front of the temple. I hope to always teach them the importance of the temple in their lives. It was a great part of our day!
