Katie's end of the year dance recital was part of the production "The Wizard of Oz". Her ballet number was to the song "Somewhere over the Rainbow". She did great with all of her ballet moves.
We pulled her hair up and did like 30 little braids and pinned them up. She was very patient as we fixed her hair.
For her tap routine, she danced to the song "Wake Me Up, Before You Go, Go". This was during the scene where Dorothy and others fall asleep in the flowers on the way to Oz. It was very cute!
She was very happy to receive her roses and her goody bag from Mrs. Amber.
Ginny loved watching everyone dance.
