The weekend before Valentine's we had the opportunity to have Clifford spend the weekend with our family. Each child in Eli's class gets to take Clifford home for 3 days and then they write about their adventures. We were able to first take Clifford to the Carolina Baseball stadium and watch the Gamecocks practice. It was the first time that I had been to the stadium. It was such a nice stadium. We enjoyed watching the Gamecocks and walking around.
We left there and went to eat at California Dreamin'. It was so yummy! I love their salad!
We then proceeded to the Columbia Children's Theater to see the play Alice in Wonderland. It was real neat. The kids had fun sitting on the front row and getting to interact with the cast. Katie even went up on the stage with some other children at one point. We are looking forward to another performance there in the future.
