I have a new passion right now. I love couponing. I check out southernsavers.com and onefrugalchick.com at least once a day. I have been able to save a lot of money over the last month and a half. The first month of couponing, I spent about $308 and I saved $446. It is so amazing to see my cabinets, closets, and pantry filling up with food and still saving so much money.
Some of my favorite bargains were yogurt for 25 cents a carton, cereal for a little over a dollar a box, and lots of free items. Last week I got pasta for free, deodorant for free, and lots of free cream cheese.
I also love checking the mail to see what new coupons I'm getting for free products and what free samples have come.
Mama is doing couponing too and so it is fun sharing things with her and other friends that are on the same adventure. I guess that's why I haven't blogged as much as usual, because at night I sit and print out new coupons. Wish me luck!

i need to get into that it sounds like a lot of people are doing it and saving tons!
That's great that you like it - I hate it. I tried it for a few months and spent WAY more time than the money I saved...so I decided, it's not for me- I'll just have to find other ways to be frugal...you have time to coupon and do scrapbooking or other hobbies??
