Fishing and Exciting News

Well, we'll start with the fishing. Jamie picked up Eli a little early from school yesterday. When Katie and I got home, the truck was there, but no Eli and Jamie. So, I called his mobile and he answered it whispering to me. Come to find out, he and Eli were down at the pond fishing. They were catching some brim. Katie and I walked down to check it out and get some pictures. Eli seemed to be enjoying himself. Of course, I think Jamie seemed to be enjoying himself too. He caught them, cleaned them, and then he and my mom fried them up last night. I did not eat the fish--I don't do fish. I especially can't handle the smell right now.

Speaking of smell, a lot of things have been making me nauseous lately, but the main one is the little "peanut" I have growing inside. Yes, you heard me right. I am pregnant. I guess I'm about 9 1/2 weeks along right now. The due date is December 16th. We're very excited! It wasn't exactly planned, but we're still thrilled. We definately want more children, I guess I was kind of waiting until the fall to try because I hate being pregnant in the summer, but we'll take what the Lord gives us.

We've really just been hanging out a lot lately. We've planted some tomato plants, shrubs, and grass. Our strawberries are doing great! They have some little green strawberries on them, so it won't be too much longer before we're picking them fresh off of the vine.
