Blythefest and Trunk or Treat

This past weekend was Blythefest. I have been sewing like a wild woman for the last several weeks to get some little girl dresses ready to sell. I sold several dresses and it gave me hope that some will sell on Ebay. Several people also took my card and said they would be e-mailing or calling about some dresses soon. Jamie's mom was awesome for coming and staying with the kids while I sat up in the dreary weather to sell the dresses. Daddy and Jamie did a great job with my display also. Maybe I'll do some more craft sales so that I can use my display. I learned how to make a pillowcase dress just the night before the sale. I love making that kind. I put it on Katie Sunday and it was so cute on her.

After Blythefest we went to Trunk or Treat up at my Uncle Richard's house. The kids were so cute dressed as matching frogs. I bought their costumes last year after Halloween and I was afraid they weren't going to be able to wear them since the weather had been so warm. But, it cooled off Saturday so that they were able to wear their costumes and walk around and get lots of goodies. They were so cute saying Trick or Treat! Sometimes they would even "Ribbit
